Meringue is the most delicate delicacy for all sweet lovers. Light and airy, it melts in your mouth. Curls on a stick are very often used to decorate cakes and candy bars. A bouquet of such meringues will be a nice congratulation in any holiday.
Ingredients: 5 chilled egg whites, a glass of powdered sugar.
1) Beat up egg whites until fluffy white foam (about 15 minutes).
2) Gradually add the powdered sugar until dissolved and mix. At this stage, you can add a couple of drops of a gel dye.
3) Preheat the oven to 100 degrees.
4) The meringue is dried, not baked. Leave to dry for 1.5 - 2 hours.
The result is a tender and bright dessert.
